With our main location at Hahn Airport and a second service centre in Flensburg, we combine regional roots with international service expertise. As part of the Lufthansa Group, we operate its entire IT Servicedesk, as well as the European Service Center on behalf of Lufthansa Cargo.

Your responsibilities

• Handling and processing of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Customer-focused handling of complaints and claims
• Responding to customer inquiries by phone and in writing
• Customer support for products and services
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Your Profil

• English and German is a standard requirement unless you speak English and Italian, French or Spanish.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service and advisory mindset
• Friendly and committed telephone manner
• High level of motivation, flexibility, and team spirit
• Solid PC user skills
