IT Officer - Infrastructure

We’re Hiring IT Officer! Join our IT team and support secure, reliable, and high-performing IT infrastructure across the ESSA Group. This role will focus on hands-on infrastructure operations covering cloud, network, security, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and multi-site connectivity. Work Location: Head Office – South Jakarta Job Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, System Administration, Cloud, or IT Security • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise firewall administration, preferably Palo Alto Networks • Strong hands-on skills in Azure VMs, VNet, NSG, Storage, Backup/Recovery, Azure Monitor, and hybrid connectivity • Experience in Palo Alto Firewall, including security policies, NAT, routing, IPsec/SSL VPN, logging, and troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, Ruckus Wireless, Hyper-V, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, and VPN • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and identity integration • Experience managing SentinelOne EDR, endpoint security, infrastructure hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation • Strong capability in backup, disaster recovery, RTO/RPO, infrastructure monitoring, SIEM/SOC integration, and end-to-end troubleshooting • Preferred certifications: AZ-104, Palo Alto, CCNA, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Security • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with external agencies or vendors. Job Responsibilities • Administer and troubleshoot Azure, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure • Manage Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco networks, Ruckus Wireless, VPN, and multi-site connectivity • Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, including access and authentication integration • Manage SentinelOne EDR, endpoint security policies, alert investigation, and remediation • Perform infrastructure security hardening, patching, access control, and vulnerability remediation • Execute and validate backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery procedures • Monitor infrastructure performance, security logs, alerts, and integration with SIEM/SOC platforms • Troubleshoot complex incidents across cloud, network, firewall, VPN, virtualization, identity, endpoint, and M365 environments • Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and infrastructure inventories • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalations and critical infrastructure support About Us PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk , formerly known as PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk., underwent a transformative rebrand in 2022 to better align with its vision of leading Indonesia's drive towards world-class industrialization.
