How To Apply Access <https://jobs.schaeffler.com/job-invite/45824/> Click 'Apply now' and create an account Note: Your first and last name must match your passport Upload your resume and cover letter in English and Korean Your Key Responsibilities Inspect and ensure compliance with local and Schaeffler EHS systems Set, manage, and report EHS-related goals Prevent EHS incidents and drive continuous improvement through environmental aspect/impact assessments and risk assessments Manage operations related to ISO 14001, EMAS, and ISO 45001 certifications Carry out activities to ensure compliance with internal and external environmental and safety regulations Prepare for and respond to internal and external audits Establish EHS emergency response systems Provide employee training related to environmental health and safety Your Qualifications Basic qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) in a manufacturing/factory environment TOEIC Speaking IH or above, or OPIc IM3 or above Possession of certifications related to industrial safety, air quality, water quality, or waste management Ability to manage project follow-up activities and perform work in a systematic manner Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as the safety and health management system Ability to conduct site inspections, improvement activities, and training sessions Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a team manager in a factory EHS team TOEIC Speaking AL or above, or OPIc IH or above As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
