About The Role

Test Process Engineering Technician bridges the gap between production and engineering by maintaining, calibrating, and optimizing specialized manufacturing test systems to ensure peak product quality and throughput.

Performs general manufacturing functions for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Conducts quality testing across all stages of production. Collaborates with engineers to set up and calibrate production machinery.
Assists engineering teams in designing and conducting technical experiments.
Utilizes sophisticated software to collect and evaluate real-time operating data.
Performs on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment based on data insights.
Determines process control methods to stabilize or modify manufacturing workflows.
Develops standard procedures to optimize long-term production quality.
Graduate of a 2-years or 4- year technical course primarily on Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology or Electronics Engineering (Undergraduate), Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
Able to read and interpret engineering drawing, work instruction and process documents.
Familiar with different electronics measuring instruments.
Basic computer skills (MS Word)
Strong analytical skills
Willing to work shifting schedules.
Detail-oriented.
Fast learner with flexible.
