Meet your future team

Join the Market Intelligence team within the Knowledge Management department. Working closely with research specialists and internal stakeholders across the firm, you will help transform market information into actionable insights that support business strategy, industry knowledge, and informed decision-making.

What your role will look like

As a trainee, you will contribute to gathering, analysing, and structuring market intelligence that helps PwC Luxembourg understand trends shaping the local business environment. Your work will support knowledge-sharing initiatives and provide teams with reliable insights to drive strategic decisions.

  • Monitor market, industry, and regulatory developments across multiple information sources to identify relevant news and emerging trends affecting PwC’s industries.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative information to uncover market trends, competitive developments, and business opportunities that support decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve structured databases to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of market intelligence.
  • Create reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualisations that translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of research methodologies, data collection processes, and knowledge management practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide relevant industry and market intelligence that supports business priorities.
  • Support the integration of market knowledge into internal platforms and communication channels to strengthen knowledge sharing across the firm.

Your growth and opportunities

You will gain hands-on experience in market intelligence, research methodologies, and knowledge management while developing strong analytical and communication skills. Through exposure to a wide range of industries and market topics, you will strengthen your ability to turn information into business insights and progressively take ownership of research initiatives and reporting activities.

The skills you bring

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and require a 6‑month or 1‑year internship as part of your studies.
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excel: Advanced – you can independently analyse, structure, and manage data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • PowerPoint: Advanced – you can create clear and impactful presentations that communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, interpret, and validate information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
