About The Role

Technical competency to understand customer requirements and technical specifications
•Experience in connector industry or automotive wiring harness industry
•Working knowledge in preparing component Bill of Material & providing alternate solutions
•Should be aware of component benchmarking & VAVE idea generation
•Basic understanding on connector manufacturing process like Molding, assembly & plating
•Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with individuals across multiple geographies
•Study on new technology products in the market & suggest potential portfolio additions
•Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
•Basic understanding of the interdependencies of Sales, Engineering & Operations functions
•Fluent in English with excellent verbal & written communication skills
