About The Role
We are excited to welcome a skilled Generalist.Human Resources.II professional to our dynamic HR team at GRANT PRIDECO S DE RL DE CV. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing essential HR processes, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of our organization. Your expertise and organizational skills will be instrumental in coordinating and implementing various HR functions, from payroll to recruitment and organizational development.
- Process and validate employee attendance and payroll data for accurate and timely compensation.
- Review and oversee personnel administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Implement and coordinate organizational development plans, including talent assessments and training activities.
- Apply disciplinary procedures as per company guidelines and labor laws, engaging with the labor union when necessary.
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes, identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date employee information in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Prepare and present HR KPI reports, providing insights into internal processes and performance.
- Coordinate employee engagement events and organizational activities, fostering a positive work culture.
- Develop communication plans, both internally and externally, to ensure effective information dissemination.
- Address and resolve personnel administration matters, providing support and guidance to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong preference for Mexican labor law expertise.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations, with a commitment to staying updated on legal changes.
- Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail in handling HR processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for efficient data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic, a commitment to confidentiality, and a passion for contributing to a harmonious work environment.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges, ensuring a positive employee experience.
