About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and assigned shifts.
- Drive sales, service standards, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Control food cost, labour cost, wastage, inventory, and cash handling.
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
- Ensure food safety, quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving restaurant targets and profitability.
