About The Role

Oversee and coordinate daily concierge operations efficiently and ensure smooth service delivery.
Build strong relationships with guests and provide personalized services to meet their individual needs.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints, and special arrangements professionally and promptly.
Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, city tours, sightseeing arrangements, and other guest requirements.
Oversee the timely and safe handling, storage, and delivery of guest luggage and packages.
Supervise and coordinate valet parking operations, ensuring vehicles are handled safely and efficiently.
Ensure all concierge and valet services are delivered in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Guide, supervise, and support Concierge Associates to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to maintain and enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure the concierge desk, luggage area, and related work areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
Assist in handling VIP guests and special requests with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Candidate should,

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as effectively within a team.
Ability to coordinate and supervise a team effectively.
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages would be an added advantage.
A valid driving license would be an added advantage.
