Human Resource Executive

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within a star-class hotel or resort.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions, particularly in a hospitality or resort setting.
Knowledge of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR management systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Ability to work proactively, as part of a team, and perform well under pressure.
Ability to converse fluently in Tamil is essential.

Scope

Manage hiring processes, from job postings to candidate selection and employee onboarding.
Address staff concerns, promote positive workplace culture, and drive engagement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies while supporting performance management processes.
Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits to maintain accurate records and compliance.
