About The Role

Make sure that all raw materials are arranged well in their dedicated place.
Always ensure the availability of the required raw material, to avoid machine stoppages.
Make sure all waste trolleys & bins are in the right place.
Assist the Operator in setting up the machine & size changes.
Follow the instructions of the Operator.
Arrange the machine workers to clean or repack in case of small stoppages.
Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
High school diploma or technical diploma in relevant field
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and production processes
Experience in manufacturing Baby diapers/ Feminine napkins/ under pad, adult diapers
