Job Title

Hospitality and Events Coordinator

Overall Role

Deliver end-to-end event support—from initial planning through to post-event execution—ensuring an exceptional, high-touch experience for all users and stakeholders.

Duties& Responsibilities

Event Operations

Manage and fulfill room booking requests tailored to user needs, with a primary focus on event spaces.
Oversee and coordinate room setup and layout changes to match event requirements.
Conduct regular room inspections to guarantee facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
Provide agile, real-time troubleshooting and support for urgent requests during live events.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Communicate service offerings clearly and manage expectations with internal users and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless event operations.
Collaborate with and support adjacent team members on event-related activities and logistics.

Continuous Improvement & Administration

Consolidate event data to generate operational reports, communications, and documentation required by the client.
Implement best practices in hospitality and event operations to continually elevate service quality.
Actively contribute ideas and insights during team meetings and operational reviews.
