About The Role

Job Title: Snowflake Manager Location : Bangalore / Pune Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Snowflake platform (ingestion, modeling, ELT/ETL, security, performance, observability). Deliver AI-first solutions using Snowflake Cortex/Cortex Cloud and LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI or Anthropic Claude): RAG, embeddings, vector search define prompt engineering, evaluation, safety/guardrails. Own program delivery (roadmap, budgets, risks, vendors) and translate business outcomes into technical plans. Build and mentor a high-performing team set standards for CI/CD, testing, data quality, lineage, and documentation. Deep expertise in Snowflake SQL/Snowpark and orchestration (dbt, Tasks/Streams, Airflow/ADF) optimize cost/performance implement robust RBAC and data protection. Nice-to-have: Python for Snowpark/UDFs and Azure (ADLS, ADF, DevOps) familiarity with governance/observability tools.
