About The Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a unique blend of Java Development, Power BI Analytics, Payments Domain expertise, and Generative AI exposure . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-grade applications, building business intelligence solutions, and driving data-driven decision-making within payment processing ecosystems.

The candidate should be comfortable working across application development, reporting & analytics, and AI-assisted engineering initiatives. Recent internal initiatives have included AI-assisted development productivity, reporting modernisation, and payments-related transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices .
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models for business and operational reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
Build data integration solutions between transactional systems, databases, and reporting platforms.
Develop reusable data models and KPIs for operational and executive reporting.
Work on payment processing applications, transaction reporting, settlement, reconciliation, and operational analytics.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Leverage GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve development productivity, documentation, reporting automation, and code quality. AI-assisted engineering and reporting initiatives are actively being adopted across BFSI/FIS programmes.
Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

Java Development

5–10 years of software development experience.

Candidates with certifications, training, or practical implementation experience in GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, AI-Assisted Engineering, Prompt Engineering, RAG, or GenAI solutions will be preferred.
