Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Helpdesk Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application systems and end users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and IT systems according to business requirements.
  • Diagnose and identify computer, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Coordinate with hardware vendors and external service providers to resolve technical problems.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly IT reports and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day IT operations to ensure system availability and performance.
  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related role.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies and operating systems.
  • Experience using IT ticketing systems to manage incidents, service requests, and user support.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server configuration and administration.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Exchange Server, and/or SQL Server.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
