Your Role

As a Senior Application Support Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of our applications. You will handle complex production issues, contribute to system optimizations, and mentor junior team members. Your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents at the 2nd level within the agreed SLAs.
• Performing root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and mitigate recurring issues.
• Enhancing and optimizing existing monitoring and alerting systems ( Nagios, Grafana, NewRelic ).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, and QA) to improve system stability.
• Reproducing incidents in test environments and validating fixes before deployment.
• Owning problem tracking and resolution , ensuring continuous service improvement.
• Providing guidance and technical support to junior team members.
