About The Role

Working Arrangement: on-site.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a Tendering / Proposal Engineer to support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals for engineering projects in Qatar within the oil & gas sector. The role will focus on developing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering .
2–4 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or estimation.
Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals .
Candidates must be currently based in Qatar .

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the Oil & Gas sector .
Experience working on EPC or engineering projects .

Other Qualifications

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents, requirements, and specifications.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for engineering projects.
Coordinate with relevant teams to collect technical and commercial information required for tender submissions.
Support estimation and proposal preparation activities.
Ensure tender documentation is complete and submitted within required deadlines.
Follow up on tender and proposal requirements throughout the submission process.
Maintain accurate tender and proposal documentation.
