What you’ll be doing

Oversee the end-to-end processing of patient referrals and inbound requests, ensuring timely triage, routing, and follow-up, across all of our international clients;

Respond to patient requests in a timely and professional manner;

Serve as the primary operational bridge between administrative services and clinical teams to ensure seamless cross-departmental communication and workflow efficiency;

Provide administrative assistance with billing workflows, including invoice processing, insurance paperwork, and routine billing inquiries;

Improve and automate workflows by leveraging AI.
What you need to have

2+ years of professional experience in administrative roles;

Highly detail-oriented, organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously;

Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with a collaborative and proactive approach;

Excellent interpersonal skills that come across even through a digital care workspace, translating in the ability to engage our patients;

Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment;
-
A strong commitment to data security and privacy;

Proficiency with standard office software (G-Suite / Microsoft Office).
