About The Role

Brief description

Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for bank customers including bank account services, processing remittance orders, promoting E-banking channels etc. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to

Process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Provide account services to customers by receiving payments, issuing withdrawals, trading finance businesses, currency exchanges etc.
Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.
New customer onboarding, ongoing Due Diligence work of existence customers.
External and internal reporting tasks.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Banking or a related field.
At least one year of work experience in a related field.
Good communication skills in Chinese, English and Polish
Familiar with Microsoft Suite

Compensation:  The remuneration for this position will be determined based on the requirements and responsibilities of the role, as well as the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.
