We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded person to oversee the day-to-day management of our temporary employment agency partnerships.
This is not an end-to-end recruitment role. Your focus will be on agency performance, stakeholder relationships, financial processes, reporting and ensuring our temporary workforce model operates efficiently and consistently. You will work closely with recruitment agencies, hiring managers, Finance, Procurement and the wider People and Culture team.
As our subject matter expert, you will use data, market insights and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, manage costs and continually improve the experience for our hiring managers and temporary employees.

- Monitor temporary workforce spend, tenure, trends and agency performance, providing monthly reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Oversee agency invoicing, purchase orders and payment processes, working with Finance to resolve cost or invoice discrepancies promptly.
- Identify opportunities to reduce temporary labour costs, improve operational efficiency and strengthen compliance.
- Develop and deliver briefings or workshops to build hiring manager capability.
- Ensure temporary workforce practices comply with internal policies, employment legislation, privacy requirements and workplace health and safety standards.
