This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge software solutions while growing your career in a forward-thinking company.Key Responsibilities:Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, release notes, and FAQs.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers to gather and verify technical information.Create and maintain a searchable knowledge base for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product updates and industry standards.Optimize content for SEO and readability, using tools like Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare.Design visual aids (diagrams, screenshots, videos) to complement written instructions.Review and refine existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and completeness.Stay current with industry trends in technical communication and software development.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software/IT industry.Strong proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, MadCap Flare, or Markdown).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with API documentation, SDKs, or developer portals is a plus.Experience with SEO best practices for digital content.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.sbs/form/jobs
