Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with the CCEs, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.

• Oversee and manage a team of CCEs, providing leadership and direction.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Train and mentor CCEs to improve their customer service skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Implement and maintain efficient customer care processes and procedures.
