Senior Data Operations Coordinator I

• International Data Solutions Operations ( Audience Measurement is a department that responsible for collecting data from field and data delivery to our client
• The supervisor is responsible for monitoring the projects and making sure all projects have been following the right procedures, meet the timelines, and have good quality. 

POSITION SUMMARY

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to interviewers
• Organize workflow and ensure that interviewers understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Need to travel outside the domicile town (if needed)
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Pass on information from upper management to interviewers and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Hire and train new interviewers
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Education : Min High School graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: Min.1 (one) year as Field Quality Control / Field Officer / recruiters 

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and managing database
• Having Knowledge of fieldwork concepts and survey methodologies
• Strong in analytical skills
• Able to work as individual & in a team
• Have own motorcycle
• Able to communicate in English
