About The Role

Job Responsibilities

Approval processing (including medication, diagnostic and imaging, minor operation, surgical operation, admission, etc.)
Liaise with client and provider on approval and procedure fee
Answer provider enquiry hotline
Conduct case follow-up or investigation
Answer both internal and external enquires from hotline or by email
Assist in doing network Management
Assist in claims processing
Assist in maintaining protocol and providing medical knowledge training to staff

Job Requirements

Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience in Insurance/HealthCare industry
Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and be able to work in a team environment
Strong sense at figures
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Good interpersonal and communication skills
