Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications with hiring managers.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Search and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels .
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and ATS .
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.
• Fluent English is a MUST.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes .
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels .
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Good command of MS Office / Google Workspace .
• Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
