Requirements

Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
