Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Finnish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, offering expert guidance on our products and services.
Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the benefits of our solutions.
Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience and fostering customer loyalty.
Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support ongoing improvements and follow-ups.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance overall customer engagement.
Stay informed on new products and industry trends to provide the best support possible.

Requirements

Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
Relevant experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
