About The Role
What You’ll Do
- Develop engaging visual assets for web, print, and social media campaigns
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling layouts for brochures, presentations, and digital ads
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure design consistency
- Iterate on concepts based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining project timelines
- Prepare final production files and coordinate with vendors for print collateral
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design projects
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design collaboration
- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX workflows
