Heavy Production Associate

Dempsey Uniform is hiring Production Associates at our Sunbury, PA plant! Are you seeking first-shift work with a predictable schedule? We offer full-time positions from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM—no scheduled weekends—and you’ll also enjoy holidays off!

What You'll Do

• Soil Linen Sorter – Sort incoming soiled items such as napkins, tablecloths, bed sheets, towels, and more that have been used by customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate a highly reliable work performance record.
• Must successfully pass extensive pre-employment checks, including background screening and drug testing.
• Must have reliable transportation to report to work as scheduled.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position, which include: standing up to 10 hours per day, bending, twisting, squatting, repetitive hand motions (such as grasping), and lifting at least 15 lbs.
• Performs all assigned duties safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and directives.
• Promptly reports any unsafe conditions or practices to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
