• We are seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to lead our team in delivering exceptional service.
• Must have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing banquet events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all standards are met
• Lead and coordinate banquet staff to deliver high-quality service in a high-volume setting
• Communicate effectively with clients, banquet staff, and management to ensure event requirements are fulfilled
• Monitor service flow and address any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with menu presentation and table arrangements as needed
• Manage time efficiently to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and on schedule

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Banquet Captain or in a similar leadership role within a full-service, high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail
