Apprentice Welders

FLINT is seeking 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Welders for a temporary position in Sherwood Park, AB starting in June 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10 hour-days, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. 

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for  local candidates ; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

• Valid Apprentice Welder ticket.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a welder or welder's helper in an industrial setting.
• Experience in welding or sandblasting.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
• CSTS-2020
• WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

• This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
