THE JOB

Join the Housekeeping team as a Utility Porter at Bellagio, where you'll play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. As a Housekeeping Utility Porter, you'll support the housekeeping operation by maintaining public and back-of-house areas, transporting supplies and linens, assisting with room readiness, and ensuring team members have the resources they need to deliver exceptional service.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $24.7819 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and engaging service consistently, adhering to S.H.O.W. Service Basics, and strive to exceed guest expectations
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces
• Operate a range of professional floor care and specialized cleaning equipment
• Safely handle and clean biohazardous materials

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with transporting supplies and linens and professional cleaning equipment preferred
• Experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
