About the Roles
As part of our Front Office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable experiences from arrival through to departure. Opportunities are available across Guest Service Agent, Night Guest Service Agent, and Front Office Supervisor positions.
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming guest experience
- Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general enquiries
- Handling guest requests and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
- Supporting the daily operation of the Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Completing end-of-day procedures, overnight auditing, and maintaining the safety and security of the property during night shifts (Night Guest Service Agent positions)
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the Front Office team to deliver service excellence (Front Office Supervisor positions)
- Ensuring brand standards and operational procedures are consistently maintained
About You
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service environment (preferred)
- Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts where applicable
- For Front Office Supervisor roles, previous experience leading or supervising a Front Office team is preferred
