Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Grande Prairie office. Reporting to the Administrative Team Lead/Area Superintendents, you will manage our front desk and provide essential administrative and operational support to our management and field teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and receive outgoing and incoming mail
- Manage area contact list and distribution
- Manage distribution and tracking of office security fobs
- Maintain kitchen, copy rooms, supply rooms, order and stock supplies as needed
- Point of contact for meal procurement & external meal/room bookings
- Responsible for coding in Enverus OpenInvoice for assigned area
- Maintain the GP pool vehicle bookings spreadsheet and schedule maintenance as needed
- Point of contact for shop regarding gate/building maintenance and security system
- Provide backup to the administrative team as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years administrative experience. Oilfield specific is an asset.
- Proficiency in Enverus OpenInvoice to route, code and track vendor invoices
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Confident, polished and professional presentation with a strong work ethic and a friendly open attitude
- Works well in a team environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
