The Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing Compensation & Benefits across Vietnam and Singapore, ensuring competitive, compliant, and effective reward practices that support business objectives. The role combines strategic Compensation & Benefits initiatives with HR operations, HR analytics, and continuous improvement while driving regional HR projects, digitalization, and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits (70%)

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs across Vietnam and Singapore, ensuring competitiveness, operational excellence, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead salary benchmarking, compensation structure, job level reviews, and annual compensation review processes.
  • Manage payroll processes, bonuses, allowances, and benefits of administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Design, review, and continuously enhance employee benefits programs to support employee wellbeing and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, statutory benefits, social insurance, CPF, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the key point of contact for employees and managers on Compensation & Benefits policies, processes, and enquiries.

HR Operations & Projects (30%)

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, including headcount, attrition, compensation, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Manage employment lifecycle administration, including contracts, employee records, promotion and salary adjustments, and Employment Pass/work pass administration.
  • Support the application, administration, and reporting of government grants and funding schemes relevant to the company.
  • Act as Product Owner for assigned HRIS features, driving system enhancements, process automation, data integrity, and user adoption.
  • Lead AI and digitalization initiatives across HR to improve processes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support regional HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
