Purchasing Specialist

1. C ontrol MRP (Material Requirement Planning) results and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers.
2. Follow up with and expedite suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in support of production and project requirements.

Check import document, Work with EXIM dept to Ensure c omplete document before goods arrived

1. Manage the entire process for non-conforming (NG) materials.
2. Coordinate with the Sourcing team and internal departments to ensure a smooth supply chain flow.
3. Monitor and process supplier payments.
4. Setting Safety Stock, MOQ ( Routine review )
5. Control all document according to ISO require.
6. Other duties assigned by Manager
