About The Role

As a Technical Project Manager , you will lead the hands-on implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across multiple client entities. Acting as the bridge between regulatory requirements and operational execution, you will coordinate stakeholders, drive implementation activities, monitor progress, and support both technical and business teams in achieving DORA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Maintain and drive the DORA implementation roadmap, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable implementation plans and cybersecurity framework requirements.
  • Monitor progress across entities and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delays.
  • Support entities in addressing technical and operational challenges throughout the implementation journey.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate and facilitate steering committees, workshops, follow-up meetings, and ad hoc checkpoints.
  • Organize regular health checks ("quick-check" sessions) to assess implementation progress and address roadblocks.
  • Ensure alignment among business, IT, cybersecurity, and management stakeholders.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver clear status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and one-page briefs for various stakeholder groups.
  • Communicate project progress, upcoming actions, risks, and responsibilities in a concise and impactful manner.
  • Maintain project documentation, including FAQs, SharePoint repositories, lessons learned, and implementation guidance.

Technical Implementation Support

  • Work closely with technical and business teams to support the implementation of DORA requirements.
  • Contribute to topics such as:
  • Network segmentation
  • Backup and recovery processes
  • Third-party risk monitoring
  • Operational resilience controls
  • Cybersecurity governance practices
  • Assist in troubleshooting implementation challenges and coordinate remediation actions.

Point of Contact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders regarding DORA-related topics.
  • Provide guidance, answer questions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT-related projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain project roadmaps, manage milestones, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience producing executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and project documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly:
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Word
  • SharePoint

Technical Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructures and information systems.
  • Familiarity with:
  • Servers and system architectures
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Cybersecurity principles
  • The CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability)
  • Security and resilience testing methodologies
  • Basic understanding of operational resilience and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DORA requirements is a strong asset.
  • Python scripting knowledge is considered a plus.

Communication & Facilitation

  • Ability to explain technical, cybersecurity, or regulatory topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience leading meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Language Requirements

  • English: Professional / Fluent (mandatory)
  • French: Basic knowledge (nice to have)
