Care Assistant / Home Care Worker (Drivers Required)

• £13.25–£13.75 per hour + Paid Travel + Mileage + Bonuses
• Areas: Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak & nearby

Hours: Full-time & Part-time

Shifts: Morning (7am–3pm) or Evening (4pm–10pm)

What You’ll Do

Support clients in their own homes with

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Medication support & mobility assistance
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Meal prep, shopping & light household help
• Dementia & more complex care needs
• Accompanying clients to appointments or outings

No rushed visits – we prioritise quality care and real relationships

Pay & Benefits

• £12.75–£13.25 per hour
• Paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage

What We’re Looking For

• No experience required (full training provided)
• Caring, reliable and willing to learn
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle ( essential )
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
