Photographer

•  **please note this is a field based role with the expectation of one day a week in our Burton office**
• Your role as Photographer 

• Lead the photography process by organising and executing shoots that meet brief specifications within the agreed timeframe and budget 
• Understand output requirements (channels and format) and coordinate with chefs / food stylists to ensure dishes are prepared and presented optimally for photography evoking the quality, smell and taste of the product  
• Set up and manage shoots effectively and efficiently – with a clear plan aligned with the integrated marketing calendar 
• Oversee post-production editing, retouching and editing photos to ensure images are finalised to meet output format requirements   
• Execute food & product photography briefs in line with specifications with defined timeframes and budget 
• Manage digital assets by organising and creating searchable records of approved photography in the DAM system 
• Ensure compliance with legal and copyright standards for all images used in marketing and public communications 
• Maintain and organise equipment and studio space, minimising downtime
