About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data team in Paris. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of product, business, and data.

You'll be the person who turns raw product data into clear insights, designs experiments that guide the roadmap, and builds the dashboards that help our teams move faster and smarter. You'll partner directly with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to answer the questions that matter.

This is not a reporting role. We're looking for someone who is curious, business-minded, and ready to take ownership of the analytics function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Turn product data into clear business insights

• Conduct end-to-end product analyses to understand user behaviour, feature adoption, and business performance
• Proactively surface insights to Product and Business teams before they're asked
• Document key metrics, data sources, and analytical frameworks to build shared understanding

1. Design and analyse A/B tests to guide decisions

• Own the full experimentation lifecycle: hypothesis, design, tracking, analysis, and recommendation
• Ensure statistical rigour and clear communication of results to non-technical stakeholders
• Help build sunday's experimentation culture and best practices

1. Build reliable dashboards and partner with product teams

• Design and maintain dashboards in Metabase (and Amplitude) that teams actually use
• Ensure 90%+ on-time delivery and data reliability
• Act as a trusted analytical partner to Product and Business teams — embedded in their decision-making processes

About You

Must-haves

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
• Hands-on experience in product analytics and A/B testing — you've designed and interpreted experiments in a real product context
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable with Metabase or an equivalent BI tool
• Business and product acumen — you care about outcomes, not just outputs, and can connect data to decisions
• Strong team spirit — you collaborate naturally, communicate clearly, and make your teammates better

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Amplitude
• Background in SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or restaurant-tech
• Experience with data modelling, measurement frameworks, or Tracking-as-Code
• Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills
