Child Care Director

Are you a passionate leader who loves working with children and building outstanding programs? We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic Childcare Director to oversee our afterschool program during the school year and our 11 week summer camp program.

Responsibilities

• -Lead and manage all aspects of our afterschool, day off, and summer camp programs.
• -Hire, train and supervise staff.
• -Ensure a safe, fun and engaging environment for children.
• -Communicate effectively with parents and families.
• -Manage daily operations, scheduling, and program planning.
• -Maintain compliance with licensing and safety requirements.
• -Help grow and enhance our programs through exceptional customer service and leadership.

Qualifications

• -Previous childcare, camp or afterschool leadership experience.
• -Strong organizational and communication skills.
• -Positive attitude with a passion for working with children.
• -Ability to lead a team and problem solve.
• -Required state clearances and certifications (or ability to obtain them)
