Summary of Job Duties

Managing and carrying out all facets of the research projects related to the development and evaluation of CD40 -targeting DNA-based vaccines for chickens. Additional responsibilities will include research activities, writing manuscripts and grant proposals, data management and analysis, and mentoring graduate students.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

B.S in poultry or animal science or a closely related field, plus three years of experience in poultry stress physiology or M.S. in poultry or animal science or a closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree and postdoc experience in poultry stress physiology
• Strong research experience in physiology and stress biology in chickens using advanced molecular approaches.
