Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer

Presales Specialist | Networking Solutions

We are looking for an ambitious and technically driven Presales Specialist to join our growing South America Sales team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will serve as the technical advisor supporting our commercial team by designing networking solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and helping customers successfully implement Teltonika products.

Networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will

• Serve as the technical expert supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate networking solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept deployments.
• Provide technical training to partners, distributors, and customers.
• Support solution implementation and post-sales technical activities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Support to resolve customer challenges.
• Represent Teltonika at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.

What we expect of you

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in presales, technical support, or solution engineering.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, VPN, LTE, routing, switching, and IoT technologies.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and customer demonstrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
