About the role

We are seeking a Senior Back-end .NET Developer to join our Corporate Data Management (CDM) team within the Data & AI organization at SD Worx. The team is responsible for ensuring central, well-integrated corporate data across the enterprise and enabling seamless data flows between business-critical systems. This is a growth position created to strengthen our long-term in-house .NET development capabilities and support strategic initiatives such as Master Data Management and integrations with enterprise platforms. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions that support data integration, business processes, and enterprise applications across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong .NET expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core and C#.
  • Develop and support integrations between corporate systems, legacy applications, and data platforms.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Master Data Management (MDM 2.0) initiative and related integration projects.
  • Deliver high-quality software in line with agreed timelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution of defects.
  • Write, maintain, and execute unit and integration tests as part of the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in code quality.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural guidelines.
  • Support CI/CD processes and application deployment activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and solution designs.
  • Take ownership of development activities and proactively identify areas for process and system improvements.

What do you have to offer?

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing back-end applications with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, application architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP services.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design best practices.
  • Experience writing Unit and Integration Tests as part of a quality-driven development approach.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and international environments.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
