You'll take ownership of maintenance, investments, and technical projects across your network, making a direct impact on the performance of our stations and the experience of our customers every day.
Your biggest challenge
Keep our retail stations across Belgium and Luxembourg safe, reliable, and fully operational. From maintenance and investments to technical support and advice, you'll help keep our network moving.
- Manage maintenance and investment projects for retail stations, including small modifications, replacement investments, environmental projects, and remediation works.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, analyze costs, and take initiative to improve performance while keeping budgets under control.
- Inspect stations, coordinate complex repairs and damage claims, and ensure technical installations continue to operate reliably.
- Support the Maintenance Service Desk and act as a trusted technical partner for dealers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare statutory inspections and ensure consistent compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers while monitoring quality, timing, budgets, and safety throughout project execution.
- Support new dealers, share technical expertise, and provide practical advice to colleagues and project teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce failures, simplify processes, and improve the technical performance of our network.
- Stay up to date with developments in engineering, safety, environmental regulations, and legislation, and translate them into practical improvements.

- This is you
- You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in industrial engineering (Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering), or you have equivalent experience.
- You have experience in a similar technical role or industry.
- You have experience managing technical projects.
- You communicate fluently in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- You hold a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one.
- You organize your work independently and keep an overview across multiple projects.
- You take ownership, show initiative, and switch easily between operational and technical challenges.
- You enjoy working with others and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- You have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- You're willing to travel throughout Belgium and Luxembourg.
