About The Role

  • Outpatient Physical Therapist — Red Bank, NJ
  • Experienced Clinician (minimum 2 years) | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • Staff clinician with pelvic floor experience and the opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director role.
  • Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
  • Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000
  • (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
  • Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
