Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Cedar Park team. At Endeavor Physical Therapy in Cedar Park, you'll work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population and have the opportunity to create individualized treatment plans that help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. As part of the larger Endeavor network, clinicians treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions affecting the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, hands, and ankles. Through hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, and customized rehabilitation programs, you'll play a key role in helping patients improve function and quality of life.

Your Role

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
