Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Waco, Texas on a PRN basis. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while building meaningful relationships with your patients and community. Our therapists provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients recovering from injury, surgery, and mobility-limiting musculoskeletal conditions. Backed by the resources of H2 Health, our team is committed to helping patients achieve their goals while fostering a supportive environment where clinicians can continue to grow professionally.

Your Role

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Competitive Compensation: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
