About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will support the end-to-end supply chain operations for the SME business, ensuring efficient inventory management, fulfillment, logistics coordination, and replenishment planning.

Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics Partners, and Finance teams, you will execute daily operational activities, maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock movements, and support continuous process improvements to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and fulfillment partners
  • Support order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate device allocation and delivery
  • Consolidate inventory data and prepare operational reports and performance tracking
  • Monitor stock consumption and support replenishment planning to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
  • Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational projects and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with operational controls, inventory policies, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage POSM (Point-of-Sales Materials) inventory, including stock tracking, replenishment planning, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Coordinate POSM allocation and distribution to offline sales teams to support merchant acquisition and activation activities.
  • Monitor POSM consumption and maintain adequate stock levels to support business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or e-commerce fulfillment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with inventory management systems, WMS, or ERP systems is a plus
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving business environment.
