About The Role
Job Summary
- The Central Students Intern will participate within a 15-20 hour workweek. They will
- participate in planning weekly ministry as well as camp and mission experiences. They
- will organize during programming hours including set-up, leader care, small group time,
- teaching, game organizing and tear-down.They will participate in the life of Central
- attending Central Student Team meetings as well as All Staff and All Team.

Core Responsibilities
- ● Operate within the expectations of a15- 20-hour work week
- ● Practice a weekly Sabbath rhythm (i.e. 24 hours of being unplugged,
- unavailable, undistracted).
- ● Teach 1 time a semester
- ● Organize Sunday morning games for both programming hours. Organizing
- includes...
- o Selecting game
- o Selecting game runners and setting them up for success
- o Gathering materials (if needed)
- ● Partnering with Lisa in student serving opportunities as they arise and as your
- schedule allows.
- ● Attend student events, camp experiences, and missions opportunities as
- schedule allows.
- ● Shopping for ministry materials.
- ● Attend Central "All Teams" meeting from 12-2pm on the first Monday of each
- month as your schedule allows.
- ● Attend Student team meeting from 10-11am on Tuesdays as your schedule
- allows.
- ● Leader care & training: Exploring ways to regularly encourage leaders through
- gifts, training, retreats, and other forms of encouragement.
